XE-Robot pad printing work station
 – the definition of adaptable
The XE-Robot is a multi-faceted robotic pad printing work station adaptable to manufacturing and assembly applications as well as traditional product marking and decorating.
A four-axis SCARA (Selective Compliant Articulated Robot Arm)robot is programmed to select from six pads of different shapes and sizes, and pick up a variety of inked images from six clichés, each with its own ink cup. Further, the two-axis fixture assembly allows printing on five sides of the part, in multiple locations on each side.
Beyond pad printing, this machine can also be used for assembly and manufacturing applications, making it ideal for companies that want maximum flexibility from their equipment investment.
In addition to the silicone printing pads, the robot can be programmed to retrieve a pick-and-place hand, which can load and unload parts on the fixture between print cycles. Further, a tool can take the place of one of the pads, allowing the robot to perform drilling, screwing or assembling functions in addition to printing.
Ideal for medium to small appliance components, electronics enclosures, equipment housings, medical devices or other manufactured parts that have several print locations on multiple sides, the new XE-Robot pad printing work station can be adapted and programmed for a multitude of applications.
The standard 150x300mm clichés can be customized to smaller or larger sizes, and can be changed while the machine is running. Additionally, the cliché support platform can be removed and replaced with an entirely different cell system of manufacturing or assembly.
The PPMoV Robotic Pad Printing Work Station can be reprogrammed for changes in product lines, as well as for manufacturing and assembly uses beyond product marking.

COMEC© 60LPE CATHETER PRINTER

 PATENT PENDING - Due to the sensitive nature of this new technology part of the image has been obscured from view until the final patent is received. 

 
Prints the entire circumference of catheter tubing. Developed from the versatile 60LPE, this machine is especially suited for printing on catheter tubing of various sizes. 
 
This same technology can also be applied to other small products that are tubular in shape. This model can print on tubing with a diameter of up to 5mm (.1965") with a maximum image length of 15 inches.

Prints two colors and then prints a UV curable topcoat Each station has micrometric x,y,z adjustments for precise location of the image. 
 
This system is also equipped with an automatic unloader which stacks the bezels onto pins mounted on a rotary table equipped with sensors to detect a full status. 


COMEC© 60 LC SPECIAL WATCHBEZEL PRINTER

For printing watch bezels then top coating them, each station is positioned around a rotary table and has micrometric for precise x, y, & z adjustments. The system is off-loaded via a Pick-N-Place device. 
 
Each station is also equipped with automatic pad-cleaning devices to ensure flawless images from every cycle.

This five-color golf ball printing machine is equipped with 90mm closed inkcups, a servo-motor driven 14 station turntable and a hot air blower. 
 
DUAL LC 70 AUTOMOTIVE TUBING PRINTER 
 
For printing the mechanic's registration lines on both sides of radiator hosing while simultaneously cutting a mounting slot in the end of the hose.

This five-color printer with independently controlled pads is specially designed for printing long or oversized products in multiple colors or objects which require impressions on different areas and/or levels. The ability to set individual control for each pad offers significant advantages.
